I love that Kajabi is an AIO tool I love that Kajabi is an AIO (all-in-one) tool that allows you to connect everything in one platform. While some improvements are needed to compete with other products such as WordPress and ActiveCampaign, Kajabi is the only tool I found that allows me to create a website, sales funnels, events and a community while at the same time allowing me to build a paid subscription for my courses, a coaching program and have a CRM all in one place. I have not found another tool that gives me all these features and functionality in one place.

Underwhelming, no auto captions or 4GB+ uploads For what you pay for with Kajabi, you get very little in terms of video capabilities. Uploads are limited to 4gb, and only 1080p. And there is no auto captions. The interface is outdated and customer service is mediocre at best with no phone service. For a company that brags about bringing in $1Bil through their platform we have found overall the experience to be quite underwhelming. It feels obtusely limited. Any video platform these days, including a Live ZOOM call, can create auto captions.
