Underwhelming, no auto captions or 4GB+ uploads For what you pay for with Kajabi, you get very little in terms of video capabilities. Uploads are limited to 4gb, and only 1080p. And there is no auto captions. The interface is outdated and customer service is mediocre at best with no phone service. For a company that brags about bringing in $1Bil through their platform we have found overall the experience to be quite underwhelming. It feels obtusely limited. Any video platform these days, including a Live ZOOM call, can create auto captions.

Kajabi covers so many of my needs as a… Kajabi covers so many of my needs as a coach and course creator. Having so many functions in one plase makes things so much easier. I also appreciate the communities function as it enables me to have community spaces away from social media.

I don’t know why I have never left a… I don’t know why I have never left a review but I have been with Kajabi for many years and they are always amazing. The customer service is so helpful and attentive. I will always recommend this company for an online course platform and much more. They exceeded expectation again today and felt a review was deserved!

Amazing Software and Support My experience with Kajabi has been second to none. The interfaces are exactly aligned with the progression and features of a real business. I don't get caught up in minutiae trying to navigate around the site, and the customer service is awesome. I can use it to run my clinic practice the way I want to.

Powerful tool with amazing tech and customer support We didn't think a platform that could do everything we needed existed...but it does and it's called Kajabi! Customizable funnels, sales, class and event content hosting, marketing, and more. We could not be more pleased with the robust features of the application and even more the support from the Kajabi team.
