Amazing Software and Support My experience with Kajabi has been second to none. The interfaces are exactly aligned with the progression and features of a real business. I don't get caught up in minutiae trying to navigate around the site, and the customer service is awesome. I can use it to run my clinic practice the way I want to.

Kajabi is my best friend for life. When I began my online business (2016) I tried so many different platforms and when I tried Kajabi - well, I am still here today! The constant keeping up with the latest technology (sooo important in this day and age!) and constant improvements to their platform with such, yeah, well I still here! The insane customer service - just, thank you for being you guys!

Cannot log in Cannot log in. It logged me out for no reason. Then forced an app update. Then my email took too long to send code. Then it said, too many attempts. Just really poor experience. Even when it works the navigation in the app and website, between conversations etc is really non-intuitive and confusing. It takes 5 minutes sometimes to relocate conversations or queries. Needs some user testing and an overhaul.

From course creation, accepting payments, email marketing, automation and more, I couldn’t have a better software. With everything they include at the price point we are paying, the value is absolutely tremendous!
