GBGreat staff Started off a little frustrating but their staff are understanding. I had different servers throughout a course of three years and yes honestly did have problems here and there. But every problem I had the staff knew how to fix. I learned from experience don't leave a bad review imediatly if you have a problem contact support they are genuinely understanding. I almost left a negative reveiw but I decided to ask for help and not only did they fix the issue at hand they responded in under two hours on a ticket. Keep in mind they also have 24 hour support for smaller issues. Genuinely thank you for saving my server.

GBBest server host I have used Best server host I have used, and I have went through many providers over the years. I host a very modded and populated ASA server through Apex Hosting and it's incredible. It can handle a very populated server with 0 lag. There are quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. It's worth the price, 100%

GBBest support team ever The servers are usually very stable for minecraft, especially with mods. But where i absolutely love apex is the support team, the support team for minecraft is the absolute best team i have ever met, they always fix my problem no matter what and are some of the nicest people ive ever met.

GBso bad I wrote an AD! I had a terrible experience with Apex Hosting. Their mod menu is awful, and I suggest using Nitrado instead. Nitrado has a better mod menu for easy configuration, and their support team is much more helpful. Unfortunately, my order with Apex Hosting was abruptly canceled after I opened a ticket to switch the location of the servers due to a high average ping of 120 from LA to Dallas. Although I was refunded, I did not receive any further communication from them.

GBWilliam Oaks is the BEST customer… William Oaks is the BEST customer support person on the planet. He was so understanding and patient with me an gave me very clear instructions. He was incredibly smart and I would tip him if he'd let me. Overall people like William Oaks keep Apex hosting alive.
