I had been bouncing around from support agent to support agent and he knew exactly what my issue was the Frist time I explained it. He was patient with me and took the time to explain it and send me links and articles to figure out what was going on. Great staff Started off a little frustrating but their staff are understanding. I had different servers throughout a course of three years and yes honestly did have problems here and there. But every problem I had the staff knew how to fix. I learned from experience don't leave a bad review imediatly if you have a problem contact support they are genuinely understanding. I almost left a negative reveiw but I decided to ask for help and not only did they fix the issue at hand they responded in under two hours on a ticket. Keep in mind they also have 24 hour support for smaller issues. Genuinely thank you for saving my server.
