CABilled after Cancellation! I purchased 2 servers from this website, and for BOTH of the times I requested a cancellation, I still kept getting billed. You will not receive any confirmation through email that the cancellation request was completed and they provide no invoices of the recurring subscription. They only give you 7 days after the billed date to request a full refund, and they make no exceptions.

GBGreat staff Started off a little frustrating but their staff are understanding. I had different servers throughout a course of three years and yes honestly did have problems here and there. But every problem I had the staff knew how to fix. I learned from experience don't leave a bad review imediatly if you have a problem contact support they are genuinely understanding. I almost left a negative reveiw but I decided to ask for help and not only did they fix the issue at hand they responded in under two hours on a ticket. Keep in mind they also have 24 hour support for smaller issues. Genuinely thank you for saving my server.

GBBest support team ever The servers are usually very stable for minecraft, especially with mods. But where i absolutely love apex is the support team, the support team for minecraft is the absolute best team i have ever met, they always fix my problem no matter what and are some of the nicest people ive ever met.
