Not what it used to be I've been using Apex for more than a year without any problems, but issues started arising in February this year. Despite paying $70 monthly for a service that promised seamless gameplay, my experience has been far from it, with persistent lag making the game nearly unplayable. Believing the problem might be on my end, I even reset and upgraded my world, but the issues persisted. We didn't stop there; we maximized our RAM and even invested in a secondary server, yet the problems remained. Finally, in a desperate move, we switched to a different server host, and immediately, all the issues disappeared. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Apex.

so bad I wrote an AD! I had a terrible experience with Apex Hosting. Their mod menu is awful, and I suggest using Nitrado instead. Nitrado has a better mod menu for easy configuration, and their support team is much more helpful. Unfortunately, my order with Apex Hosting was abruptly canceled after I opened a ticket to switch the location of the servers due to a high average ping of 120 from LA to Dallas. Although I was refunded, I did not receive any further communication from them.

Apex Hosting: your go-to place for cheap and easy Minecraft server hosting! I have been using Apex Hosting on and off for years now. Pricing has always been AMAZING! Customer and Technical support have been TOP NOTCH! Technical support in particular seem to just know the answers to all my questions right away. I'm somewhat technically literate so I avoid contacting support and try to figure it out for myself, but whenever I contact tech support - they always answer QUICKLY and give me SPECIFIC answers.
