GBI have been with United Domains for… I have been with United Domains for around 5 years now. Good service. But, the only option I wish United Domains had is an option for a free "to get you started" web site host starter. lol.. instant gratification. I have domains and nothing to do with them until I choose to host myself "a real pain" or choose a hosting company and fend off up-selling. PFft... [ Face palm ] ...

GBReserved .app domain years ago I reserved a .app domain years ago. They recently sent me an email to confirm. I did and next day I had it. Was half expecting them not to honor the reservation -- it's been years -- or never contact me about it. But they did. Extremely smooth and professional.

DK+100% price increase!!! I had auto-renewal turned on and suddenly received an invoice which I had paid automatically. I've been a customer for years, but suddenly UD increased the price of renewal of the domain with more than 100% since last year without any prior notice! I paid €104 EUR for the renewal of ONE domain!

NOA very satisfied customer I have been a customer of uniteddomains since 2015. They are very professional, helpful and always managed to secure competitive domain names. Last week I wanted to correct a mistake I made when ordering a domain name and customer services were very helpful in sorting it out for me.

CADoes not let you input payment method… Does not let you input payment method when renewing a domain. Once you click on continue check out, it just says purchase completed and charge you on the old credit card on the profile.
