An excellent solution to shield your ecommerce site Wordfence has been my solution to a serious issue we encountered with one of our websites. We built the site on WordPress, have an online store, and use WooCommerce. When we were linking the pixels, we unfortunately experienced being hacked. We realized this because our META ads were being redirected to unknown sites, completely unrelated to ours, in a sort of phishing scheme. That's when we understood that the problem originated from our site, which had been hacked and infected with malicious code causing this redirection. We purchased the 'Wordfence Care' package, as our site was fully infected and we needed a thorough review by experts. Dave, who was our consultant, was extremely kind from the start and always attentive to all our emails. We methodically reviewed every potential vulnerability, and finally, the site was completely clean. We will stick with Wordfence to fortify our site, as hacks are becoming more and more common, and it's very risky when dealing with e-commerce. Thank you

Their support is fantastic Their support is fantastic. I had an issue with logging in to my website and opened a support ticket. Tim from support was quick to respond and give me an alternative way to get logged in. Then, helped review my site and flag that another plugin was causing my issue. Would recommend this plugin to anyone that wants to add extra security to their website.

Wordfence is great! I can't really say much about their security since I know little about that fields. That said, they appear to block a lot of mischief and I have had zero issues with security with WordFence installed. I can tell great support when I get it however and WordFence is one of the few support teams that I am glad to give five stars. My support needs have been fairly simple, but they have handled them quickly and professionally. Their response times seem instantaneous in comparison to most WordPress related companies. Five + stars if it was an option.

Refund after website shutdown A website of one of our clients had been terminated by local police. A premium Wordfence license was still active on the website, which we renewed a month ago. I got a very quick and friendly reply from their support, who gave me a full refund of the paid fee. Fast, friendly and the perfect solution, so really great experience!
