GBDrift has been an incredible experience… Drift has been an incredible experience for our company. Our sales reps have the ability to quickly respond to conversations in real-time! Forget days or weeks of delayed response time. We have also opened a number of opportunities through the bot that might not have happened without Drift. As a whole we are extremely impressed by both the product and the team that makes up Drift - with their eagerness to help and quick response times to questions.

GBThere really is not alternative to… There really is not alternative to Drift. If you want to work with playbooks to create chatbots, Drift is the only way to go. A couple of observations: - In order to really utilize their "playbook" option, you need to pay for a plan. The free one simply won't suffice (the functionality isn't even extended to free users). If you're just looking for a free chat widget, then there are better options. - There is a huge learning curve. I think the UI for the admins could use some work.

GBDrift is a great! Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!

CYhorrible experience horrible experience. supports only the basics of whatever we wanted to achieve and then we had to find workarounds for the rest. their documentation images never matched the end result we could achieve, their support never knew how to help or avoided the question giving unhelpful alternatives, and, worst of all, after we have invested so much time into their product, they have now started sunsetting the features we use. absolutely no respect for their customers. avoid!
