Excellent addition to the sales org I genuinely like Drift and the functionality it brings to my team. We are fairly new in taking on the project and are just starting to really see positive results. Great tool to grow Direct Booking! We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking. I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications.
