There really is not alternative to… There really is not alternative to Drift. If you want to work with playbooks to create chatbots, Drift is the only way to go. A couple of observations: - In order to really utilize their "playbook" option, you need to pay for a plan. The free one simply won't suffice (the functionality isn't even extended to free users). If you're just looking for a free chat widget, then there are better options. - There is a huge learning curve. I think the UI for the admins could use some work.

Drift Bot is super cool Drift Bot is super cool! After implementing it within 1 day we got a lead we would have otherwise missed. Very neat tool to connect with our clients and prospects.

Making the life of an AE that much easier I love Drift! I'm an AE and it makes my life so much easier. Since adding Drift to our technology stack, I now have a steady drip of leads trickling into my pipeline. The ability to A/B test messaging and automate much of the process is a great way to save time and be effective.

horrible experience horrible experience. supports only the basics of whatever we wanted to achieve and then we had to find workarounds for the rest. their documentation images never matched the end result we could achieve, their support never knew how to help or avoided the question giving unhelpful alternatives, and, worst of all, after we have invested so much time into their product, they have now started sunsetting the features we use. absolutely no respect for their customers. avoid!

Easy to use, loads of power and potential Easy to use, easy to build and easy to integrate with Salesforce!! There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)
