GBit's a bit too soon to give an opinion… it's a bit too soon to give an opinion as we've only been working with Drift a short time! The service reps have been very helpful. Would like to see weekly meetings/updates with Drift reps. I do find we too many on site visitors with generic yahoo, gmail, etc emails and not business related inquiries. Not much inquires during EST hours at all.

There are some excellent premium options available, however their core offering is completely free. I have tried a dozen other live chat providers, however Drift remains my favourite - which is why I recommend Drift to all of my customers. GBDrift has been an incredible experience… Drift has been an incredible experience for our company. Our sales reps have the ability to quickly respond to conversations in real-time! Forget days or weeks of delayed response time. We have also opened a number of opportunities through the bot that might not have happened without Drift. CAGreat tool to grow Direct Booking! We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking. I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications. Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.

GBBig fan of Drift Big fan of Drift! For context, I'm in sales for a small software company. Of the seemingly infinite number of tools we have, Drift is by far the easiest to learn, and has the coolest, most useful features. PLUS, our Drift representative is so attentive and helpful, which seems somewhat rare as a small business / medium business. Recommendations: • Download the mobile app - super helpful! (You'll have to search for "Drift.com Inc." because there are a lot of Drifting game apps.) • Use live chat to connect with prospects and answer questions as they check out your website. • Use Drift Video feature to let your leads know you're a real person. (You can also send gifs and screen captures!!) • Integrate your current lead outreach with Drift to see when prospects are on your website. (I follow this up with a phone call to which leads respond "I was just on your website!")
