GBGreat staff bad health plan Great staff, I have been paying for my Wellness plan for 10 years they have taken care of "Maintenance", 5 years ago he hurt his back was all covered by plan. This month torn ACL cost $617 for Visit, XRAY, and meds , local hospital charged me $250 for same minus meds. What have I been paying for, plus when I tried to cancel they want me to pay till march this is just crazy to me, AVOID wellness plan.

GBDifficult to contact by telephone Difficult to contact by telephone. Goes to voice mail. Appointments not readily available. Sloppy record keeping. Currently no permanent vet. Rotating vets coming and going. Nice staff, but would prefer consistency with vet.

GBHorrific experience, arrogant executives, lazy staff My dog had a dental cleaning procedure in October 2023 at one of Banfield facilities. I have been in never ending communication with VP of Banfield who is pretty much blackmailing me to remove comments left online before he reimburses me what he said he would for the Wellness plan paid. it is the worst company ever. They have no morals, no integrity, no ethics , nor they care for anyone'ss pets, but $$$! Horrible experience, horrific company, just aweful overall. They should be rated 0 not even 1*.

GBExtremely slow yet kind Extremely slow yet kind We're used to them being fairly slow -- Not them forgetting to do everything in a veterinary checkup and having to drive back the same day to get a blood check for our dog. And the doctor has been out all week, so I am still waiting 4 days later for them to approve the prescription from Chewy. Maybe one person shouldn't be in charge of approving Hartguard when it's not necessarily dangerous, only behind a paywall. This city doesn't have a ton of options, but there are options, and they probably have less customers. So they'll probably be getting one more.

GBThis is a SHADY business This is a SHADY business. They are actually zero stars. Constantly misdiagnosis of pets. Unfortunately my kitten literally fell of the bed when she was about 8 weeks old she learned to jump up but didn’t learn yet to jump down and land safely. I immediately took her out o Banfield because her mouth looked weird and they told me she was fine. I wanted an x-ray of her mouth but they wouldn’t give me one even though I had their crappy insurance. I took her back a week later because she stopped opening her mouth and they assured me during the visit they were able to open her mouth even though she wasn’t able to and she’s fine. 2 weeks later I took her to another vet who told me she had broken her jaw and since kittens grow super fast her jaw joint is fused and it’s too late to operate to try bringing her back in a year. They said if it was taken care of before they would’ve had many other options, and they told me if she couldn’t eat to put her down, but if she survives when she’s bigger they may be able to do something. If you love your pet do not take them to Banfield because they will be mistreated and misdiagnosed, I complained to the manager they misdiagnosed my kitten and he said there is nothing I can do. But still wanted to charge my card monthly. I had to pay $265 to stop paying monthly. I think I’m going to start a class action lawsuit.
