GB"Your dog is too squirmy. We don't want to make him uncomfortable."" This location refused to give my corgi a vaccine (which is a part of the optimum wellness plan contract) because he was "too squirmy". They will only give him a shot if I bring him in pre-medicated. If he were aggressive, I would understand but just because he is "squirmy", well that's not a reason to drug him. I canceled my annual contract due to Banfield breaching their commitment. I need a provider who can get the job done.

GBExtremely slow yet kind Extremely slow yet kind We're used to them being fairly slow -- Not them forgetting to do everything in a veterinary checkup and having to drive back the same day to get a blood check for our dog. And the doctor has been out all week, so I am still waiting 4 days later for them to approve the prescription from Chewy. Maybe one person shouldn't be in charge of approving Hartguard when it's not necessarily dangerous, only behind a paywall. This city doesn't have a ton of options, but there are options, and they probably have less customers. So they'll probably be getting one more.

GBDifficult to contact by telephone Difficult to contact by telephone. Goes to voice mail. Appointments not readily available. Sloppy record keeping. Currently no permanent vet. Rotating vets coming and going. Nice staff, but would prefer consistency with vet.

GBIf there was less than a star I would… If there was less than a star I would have picked that one. I was unfortunate to have my senior dog pass while I was moving to our new house. In stead of keeping my Banfield account they cancel the account for my service dog. While my dog who passed away almost a year ago, I still get to pay his Banfield wellness plan. But my service dog who is alive can’t be seen 🤦🏽♂️

GBHorrible Horrible, to deal with. If you purchase one of their wellness plans, they will continue to charge you after the plan ends. Happened to me...I contacted my credit card and my credit card co. refunded my money and sent me a letter that Banfield acknowledged the "erroneous" charges. Now they've turned it over to a collection agency. Guess it's time to retain a lawyer. BEWARE!!!!!
