This company sold me a discounted… This company sold me a discounted Microsoft Word program. When it did not work I complained to Microsoft. Microsoft advised me they never sell a discounted program through a third party. This download fouled up my downloading a legit Word program. Never buy from this company.

I just purchased Microsoft Office 2019… I just purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional for Windows PC. Download was instant. I needed help activating the software, Jacob helped me right away and I was up and running in no time! all I needed to do was activate my software purchase using the phone method instead of online. I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. I've just purchased a new MacBook a… I've just purchased a new MacBook a couple weeks ago and needed Microsoft Office installed. Quickly! Terrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.
