I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. Smooth process Smooth process, advise to register by telephone, rather than online and you'll have no problem. Everything fine. I have used several low cost software providers many times before and these guys have done a first class job. Recommended - not a scam, this is genuine and reliable.

Jacob was very helpful. I didn't read the instructions for the download properly and was very frustrated. When I emailed for help, Jacob was very patient and helpful and I got it all done with his instructions. He has also been excellent about followup. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware for software purchase.

Could Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

This was a great experience This was a great experience! I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.
