Terrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.

It's a scam It's a scam. I was able to download and use their Microsoft products for a limited time. I started having issues with them and they would not return my emails. I have no other way to contact them. Do not use this company! Horrible customer service.

Samedaysoftware Saves the Day Like many others, Covid has hit me hard in the wallet. Since my work schedule has been impacted, I have more time for volunteer work. I'm part of a group working to encourage people to fill out the 2020 Census, and needed to use Power Point to create a slide show. My version was so old it kept crashing. Samedaysoftware's price for a newer version of Office was so reasonable, I was able to update my software without a hitch. And...not one crash!!
