Then he provided me excellent documentation about what actions I needed to take to solve my problem. With his assistance I was able to uninstall, download and reinstall the application that was presenting problems. The problem has been solved. Very personable man, Jacob. I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

Office 2016 purchase I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.

This company sold me a discounted… This company sold me a discounted Microsoft Word program. When it did not work I complained to Microsoft. Microsoft advised me they never sell a discounted program through a third party. This download fouled up my downloading a legit Word program. Never buy from this company.
