Jannice was awesome!! Jannice was awesome!!! I’m new to Hearth and I ran into what I thought was a denial for a customer. Jannice was able to instantly identify the problem, and just as quickly deliver a solution to my issue. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even called my customer to walk them through completing their application. Hearth you guy have a true asset in Jannice. Thanks again.

Jannice was ah-mazing Jannice was ah-mazing! She went above and beyond to help me when I was in a pickle. She got back to me 3 hours before she said she would and even sent me an email with the documentation I was looking for. She was cheerful, empathetic, helpful, and even slid in a few jokes! The way my Monday was going, I needed a good laugh and she delivered! She clearly loves helping her customers and never hesitated to give me advice for moving forward with the utilization of Hearth! Give that girl a raise! ❤️

Best customer service rep ever! She was wonderful! So personable, get attitude and sense of humor. Did not waste any of my time, short and sweet call but touched on everything necessary. Hands down the best customer service call I have ever had. She was prepared and walked me through the whole process. She’s an asset to the Hearth team :)
