Typical bait and switch type finance… Typical bait and switch type finance programs. Misleading and sneaky back door rates up to 36% for people with excellent credit . Your initial contact sales reps are complete liars . I have kept a chronological order of all my dealings with HEARTH , and emails . I am definitely going to report these to the proper authorities. Disgusting practices, all blamed on the lenders , yet HEARTH is my contact for these companies. It’s called Bait and switch . Period.

Thanks Jannice! I haven’t yet decided how we will finance our project, but I had to come here and praise Jannice. She explained all our options so clearly and talked us through all of the potential impacts to credit. She had a bubbly and warm personality. I wish all support people would be like her!

This company is full of deception and… This company is full of deception and rob their vendors by slipping in renewal fees, they will not notify you or give your company recourse. They are rude on the telephone and this company is a fraud. They charge our customers astronomical interest and they are of no value to your or your business. They should close their doors and never perform business again in this country.

Will you cancel me now? This is your refund policy: Hearth does not issue refunds for any payments already made. Please consult your contract about whether you may cancel your subscription. Questions? Call us at (512) 686-4141 My policy is: "You need to let me know before you renew my annual subscription and charge me $1800 for a service that is inferior and cumbersome for my clients." I did call you before the payment went through, but you refuse to cancel even though you sent no reminder. The fact that you flat refuse to offer any kind of compensation/ refund or cancel it is ludicrous. If I have an unhappy customer, the last thing I am going to do is refuse to work with them.
