NZThorough, careful and excellent customer-focused service I originally contacted SolidWP to cancel a legacy plugin bundle subscription and downgrade another plugin subscription. Along the way Matt M proactively discovered that we had a second account (that was a surprise) which contained another plugin subscription. We didn't even remember what the legacy bundle was! Matt explained; then we were able to confirm that it was no longer needed and should be cancelled. Before he would cancel a legacy bundle (that couldn't be reinstated if we changed our mind) Matt pointed out that a number of our websites were still listed in our Member Panel as having these plugins installed. He asked me to double-check and I did. I removed them. I was impressed by the extra care Matt took to make sure we really knew what we were doing with this non-reversible action. Matt also proactively offered to close the account we didn't want to keep (which saved me having to ask him to do it) and to move its subscriptions across to the account which remained. He set the legacy bundle subscription up to expire upon renewal. We needed the other subscription to downgrade upon renewal and he organised that too. Last but not least, he noticed that the credit card had expired on the account we wanted to keep, so he prompted me to fix that. Bonzer! Now we have one account, everything is set to go, and we can forget about it. The experience has been truly SolidWP. Thanks Matt.

GBSeveral weeks of unsuccessful attempts… Several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to correct Full Backup completed snapshots was finally resolved with project management oversight led by Bern Meredith: Head of Support. Ben stepped in replacing previous SolidWP support representative contact and took ownership of the extended delays in completing critical completed backups for my commercial real estate website by restoring functionality and improved performance of WordPress Backups. Ben's constant monitoring-birddogging-troubleshooting in conjunction with the application of advanced diagnostics provided by his support Team eventually resolved the problem. Ben and his Team should be recognized for a Job Well done! On a singular note, Ben's leadership and tenacity to ensure my support request concluded with successful WordPress Completed Backups. Ben is a high-value add asset to your Support Team organization and his performance exceeded expectations by proactively communicating throughout the entire problem-resolution process. Thankful for Ben's commitment to a customer-centric methodology which restored my confidence and trust in SolidWP Customer Support Team.

GBAbove and Way Beyond I was having a multitude of issues on dozens of websites. Much of it was inconsistent and difficult to narrow down. The Support team worked with me for a while to help me diagnose my problems. Their response time and attention to detail were impressive. Ultimately, it was determined that the caching plugin I was using was causing most of my issues. Even after we solved it, their support team reached out to see if everything was functioning properly. You don't see this kind of dedication to support from most software companies. SolidWP has gone above and way beyond.

GBSolid WP - Great Software/Company/Support I've been using Solid Backup (previously Backupbuddy) and Solid Security for years. SolidWP is a great company. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their software has saved me on many occasions. I recently had an issue backing up a very large website. It took a bit of time to solve the problem, but support frequently kept me updated on their progress and was able to find and resolve the issue. They even pushed out a new version of the software quickly for others that may have the same issue. I would recommend them for your Wordpress Backup and Security needs.

GBExcellent Customer Support Customer support is fantastic! I opened a customer support ticket and received a response, from a real person, almost immediately. What a relief it was to interact with support people who were so experienced with their product. My issues, that had been occurring for a few months, were resolved in a few hours.
