GBI was trying to figure out how to load… I was trying to figure out how to load a scanner on my computer when I noticed this ad in the corner. I was skeptical at first but the young man was very nice and it only took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. Most importantly, he was very nice.

GBNo sound in or out A newly-bought PC was, after some days of trouble-free operation, showing no speakers/microphone installed, though they were. Very frustrating since I use Zoom regularly. Simon and Nick (I think) must have spent a good hour between them working on the innards of my machine to solve the problem. I'm so grateful for their patience and expertise. Thank you!

GBExcellent Tech Support I was very frustrated when I tried to install and utilize the software. This morning (April 6th) I set time aside first thing to get tech support. The person who assisted me remotely completed everything and most importantly worked well with me during the step by step process. I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the help I received.
