Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I already mentioned 3 times that i am not satisfied and they scheduled a call with me and didn't show up. Not only they didn't show up but also asked me to advise on the availability for another day as if it's normal to schedule a call and delay it to another time. The customer service team is clearly not trained at all and doesn't understand anything about bokun system.

Great for tours and booking management We are a tour operator and have used Bokun for several years now. It allows us to easily sell on our website, track a variety of bookings in the sales feed and make contracts that connects us with various OTA's and resellers.
