Strongly recommend! Really easy to use platform which is also quite flexible to your needs. I find with any website builder / CMS that they typically struggle to accommodate to all your needs. Which is obvious, because they are essentially templates built to fit the needs of thousands. But, with Bokun I've had the least issues. It's easy to make a clean and attractive looking website with Bokun. Complex tasks are often made simple by Bokun's UI. And I have found the customer care team to be generally brilliant and have never taken more than 10 minutes to field my queries. Definitely happy to recommend.

Truly horrible support - UPDATED Truly horrible support. Have been talking about issues with the Viator to Bokun connection a few times now. The usual response is "reconnect and wait 24 - 48 hours", which I have done multiple times now with no resolution to my issues whatsoever. When asked if I can be connected to a real engineer, they will not do so. I know there are real engineers at Bokun, because one helped me before and my issue was resolved really quickly. Why do I have to put up with this? Does Bokun care about costumers at all, do they actually care about supplying a decent platform? I am unsure at this point. UPDATE 24/03: After this review the issue was escalated and has finally been resolved. Was called by a representative which set up shorter lines of communication, so I guess some improvement has been made to the support side.

Great reservation and booking system for Tours&Activities agents, supplier... Since around 4 months I am using Bokun actively. Thanks to the colleagues of Bokun who have contacted me and offered a half hour training 4 months ago. Since that time I have increased the number of my products to 80 and I have also now 6 active contracts with resellers and OTAs, which were listed in the Bokun Marketplace. I always get quick answers to my requests from their support team. The pricing conditions of Bokun is incomparable. %2.9!!! And recently the experiences widget HTML codes for our website and any other place(Share link via Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp etc) is really great!! Constantly not synced, Disgusting Customer Service Constantly not synced, it is so frustrating. You fix one thing and something else stop working, and it isn't even my fault. It's been 2 weeks I didn't do anything, I went to customer service several times, they did it on their own and after two weeks they still haven't figured out how to fix my syncing problem, while loads of ratesof my products aren't bookable and I'm losing thousands of euros in reservation. I even scheduled a call and no one ever called me back, they apologize, apologize but then at the end no one does anything, while I'm paying the premium, I'll most likely change software, unbelievable .
