Customer service is always great and fast and if you really have deep and complicated questions they will always follow up over email. There is no booking software that can compete on price.

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I already mentioned 3 times that i am not satisfied and they scheduled a call with me and didn't show up. Not only they didn't show up but also asked me to advise on the availability for another day as if it's normal to schedule a call and delay it to another time. The customer service team is clearly not trained at all and doesn't understand anything about bokun system.

Bokun platform is good Bokun platform is good. We mainly use it as a booking management software. But marketplace contracts are useless tbh. Some don’t know to import products so you have to send all the information again to them. The fee is high as well. I feel Bókun should charge only for the features they use not the whole platform as a whole

Great for tours and booking management We are a tour operator and have used Bokun for several years now. It allows us to easily sell on our website, track a variety of bookings in the sales feed and make contracts that connects us with various OTA's and resellers. The calendar makes it easy to change our availability from day to day. All in all, Bokun makes our lives easier.
