Constantly not synced, Disgusting Customer Service Constantly not synced, it is so frustrating. You fix one thing and something else stop working, and it isn't even my fault. It's been 2 weeks I didn't do anything, I went to customer service several times, they did it on their own and after two weeks they still haven't figured out how to fix my syncing problem, while loads of ratesof my products aren't bookable and I'm losing thousands of euros in reservation. I even scheduled a call and no one ever called me back, they apologize, apologize but then at the end no one does anything, while I'm paying the premium, I'll most likely change software, unbelievable .

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I already mentioned 3 times that i am not satisfied and they scheduled a call with me and didn't show up. Not only they didn't show up but also asked me to advise on the availability for another day as if it's normal to schedule a call and delay it to another time. The customer service team is clearly not trained at all and doesn't understand anything about bokun system.

An amazing product for every tour operator Wow, very shocked to see all the bad reviews here. I guess only unhappy people seek to write reviews. Bokun hasn't asked me to write one. I actually looked on my own through Google because since 2019, Bokun has made our business 10000x more efficient and more profitable. It integrates with all the platforms we need it to. Has the core features we need. Works well. Easy to use. Easy to load their booking widet on our platform. Honestly it's just amazing. The support became pretty bad recently, I suspect they started outsourcing since TripAdvisor bought them. But that's really the only complaint, and even that isn't that bad. Excited to see new features that they release. Thank you!

Using Bokun for 7 weeks now Using Bokun for 7 weeks now. I am quite happy with the app and very satisfied by the customer service. I had many questions or solutions to ask. I always found either a direct answer with the Bokun chat or a video call appointment option. So far I am very satisfied with my Bokun Pro subscription.

The product is amazing and optionsti… The product is amazing and optionsti are unlimited if you take the time to fully understand them . Customer service is always great and fast and if you really have deep and complicated questions they will always follow up over email. There is no booking software that can compete on price.
