The product is amazing but… The product is amazing. The issues are with the payment processing and website. I always have issues logging into the website and have had my scheduled shipment not send multiple times due to something happening on your end with the payment process and holding the order or logging into the website sometimes can be a hassle.

They fixed the order to expedite it and called me back as promised. It is very rare to get quality customer service and follow up, I will only order direct from them now.

Great product and great service. Fast and reasonably priced shipping on top of a great product. It's a bit pricier than the competition but, honestly, there is no competition as the Cliradex works and the other brands ... not so much.

Cliradex Sizing I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid. Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye. I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.

Wouldn't be without it. When my blepharitis and frequent eye irritation don't respond to prescription eye drops and OTC artificial tears, I use Cliradex eye wipes and it almost always stops the irritation. I've been using it for several years now and take it with me wherever I go.
