Since I began using Cliradex Since I began using Cliradex, which was suggested by my Optometrist, my corneas look much healthier. Originally, I used Cliradex everyday, but now I only need to use the Cliradex wipes weekly. I ordered Cliradex wipes directly from their website, and the price was good, and shipping & delivery were all good.

Excellent product - terrible customer service The product itself is excellent and I’ve used this over the years for maintenance. My one issue is their horrible customer service. I signed up for the monthly subscription and it’s been skipping randomly and without notice. I emailed customer service asking for help in figuring out what the issue is because not using the wipes causes my dry eye issue to worsen. It’s been 2 weeks and not a single response from them. I’m extremely frustrated as a long time customer I was expecting better. I may have to look around for an alternative product.

I have used the product from time to time and it almost always does the job well of clearing up the redness on the bottom part of my eyes

These eyelid wipes are used by my… These eyelid wipes are used by my husband. He finds them very effective in eliminating the crust on his upper eyelids. However, he was wondering why they aren’t recommended for the lower lids as well?

Nov 16 2023 Nov 16 2023 Thankful for your customer service! Placed order for two boxes of wipes for Halloween discount of $20 off on Oct 31. For some reason my purchase was declined. I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service. Thank you, Christophe!
