I use Cliradex daily as recommended by… I use Cliradex daily as recommended by my ophthalmologist. Usually I’m very satisfied. It works! But one of the bottles I bought online this month has a broken dispenser top. It’s completely inoperable. I need a replacement bottle ASAP. Who can help me with this?

I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service.
