GBIt's PLASTIC I purchased a bracelet that is supposed to be pure opal. I was so excited when it arrived today but upon opening the package and inspecting the bracelet, it's definitely NOT opal or any other crystal, it's plastic! So totally disappointed! How can they advertise falsely like that? I've contacted the company asking for a FULL refund and will update here accordingly.
