Great service Great service I purchased a bracelet and had it for a few weeks when it came apart. I emailed to inform and received a reply to provide a picture, this was done and was informed they would replace the bracelet. At another time I purchased a bracelet that when received it magnetized to another bracelet which I was able to return and receive a refund.

Beyond the norm I dont know alot about crystals and healing properties. I do need some help beyond all of the medications. I am really enjoying all of the reading. The jewelry is beautiful. I am very pleased and looking forward learning all that. Thank you very much !!

Quality products and great customer service There was a slight issue with the anxiety 3 pack bracelet set where one of the bracelets was not the correct size. Phillip helped resolve the issue very timely and effectively!

I've had an ordinay experience with Zen… I've had an ordinay experience with Zen Craft House. Nothing exceptional, nothing out of the ordinary. Recently I made a purchase and the process was avergae. The website was user friendly and the process was straightforward. The communincation between myself and the business wasn't innnovative. My reciept for the purhcase was provided with nothing extra. All avergae. The delivery time was also avergae. I received my order exactly when I was told I would. The departmant was packed and in good condition. I've not had to contact Customer Service as of yet, but the AvivI would assume it would be the same avergae process. All in All, an avergae experience.
