I've had an ordinay experience with Zen… I've had an ordinay experience with Zen Craft House. Nothing exceptional, nothing out of the ordinary. Recently I made a purchase and the process was avergae. The website was user friendly and the process was straightforward. The communincation between myself and the business wasn't innnovative. My reciept for the purhcase was provided with nothing extra. All avergae. The delivery time was also avergae. I received my order exactly when I was told I would. The departmant was packed and in good condition. I've not had to contact Customer Service as of yet, but the AvivI would assume it would be the same avergae process. All in All, an avergae experience.

Bracelets rigor Update - Phillip with Zen House contacted me regarding the broken bracelet mentioned in my original review. He proactively offered to replace it and ship for a small fee ( because it was purchased more than 30 days prior). I’m willing to pay the shipping cost when an offer to replace is made without my even making a request to do so! Nice experience. I love all bracelets ordered in recent months. However they don’t seem to be rigorous enough to withstand putting on/taking off everyday. One has broken and beads scattered everywhere - no way to repair. :(

I ordered the product I ordered the product, was kept in the loop about the delivery and it was delivered on time and in a timely manner. That's all you can hope for.

Loved my bracelets, very beautiful! Shipped out in timely fashion. Received in anticipated time. Loved my tigers bracelet set. Amethyst trio was different than the other 2 I had gotten. Granddaughter loved hers, this trio of bracelets were different. My daughter-in-law loved them. So I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!!

WONDERFUL COMPANY I had an amazing experience with this company . I received my first package and one of the bracelets were broken . I emailed the company and Phillip got back tome instantly and sent me a replacement . I will definitely suggest this company to my friends and family .
