Because they have to "inspect" it. Takes weeks for them to respond and no confirmation emails are sent. Maybe create a feature to send pictures before wasting everyone's time. Moral, sell else where. YOU can choose your own quote. Update: Finally received my phone back but not to my surprise something is there that wasn't there before it was shipped. Sucks for them I know how to fix it. Thanks.
