My exchange was finalized on September… My exchange was finalized on September 15,2020 and then they changed it to October 2,2020. Today is October 16,2020 and still did not receive my payment. I am done with MaxBack !!!!!! After my initial review, Doris, from customer service contacted me and explained what the problem was and why it took so long for my payment to arrive. So, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Would recommend MaxBack and will do business with them again.

For years I've been selling my Apple… For years I've been selling my Apple products to MaxBack and they're very fast and efficient. Recently I sent my iPhone back with their provided label, and it somehow got lost in the shuffle. The support staff was very efficient in helping me, and also having to extend the 30 days return, because it took the USPS over two weeks to deliver the package. After that it was very quick for them to examine my phone and delver the money to my account. Thank you.

Troublesome Maxback moved offices without proper forwarding instructions to USPS, and my item was returned to me. This delayed an already very slow process. We disagreed on the condition of my item, which I never claimed to be pristine, and they lowballed the original offer by 75%. I will never use Maxback again, and will instead use Gazelle, where I've never had trouble.

Top dollar for my samsung galaxy I got top dollar for my samsung galaxy phone. it was fast and convenient. I just printed off the prepaid label, packaged up the phone and charger and mailed it. A few days later I had my offer. As soon as I accepted it, the money went into my PayPal account. I would highly recommend this company!

Reduction and Fabrication After reading many reviews on other people's experiences having their quote lowered, all have in common as soon as they receive it there's something wrong with it. Because they have to "inspect" it. Takes weeks for them to respond and no confirmation emails are sent. Maybe create a feature to send pictures before wasting everyone's time. Moral, sell else where. YOU can choose your own quote. Update: Finally received my phone back but not to my surprise something is there that wasn't there before it was shipped. Sucks for them I know how to fix it. Thanks.
