Terrible Terrible. Send them items that are near perfect condition and they always say it is in poor condition. They are ripping you off. Find a more honest organization.

I had good experience with MaxBack before, but still checked other selling sites. I didn't find a better deal so sent it in and received the full amount estimated, since it was still in good shape. Overall quick and painless transaction.

False condition descriptions They should be more descriptive in their condition definitions. I selected “good” as it met that requirement when cleaned and to the naked eye. Apparently, it wasn’t good enough under magnification and special lighting. It didn’t even look like my phone anymore. This greatly impacted the cash received as the dollar difference between good and fair was significant. They no longer were the highest paying vendor. I would have went and traded my phone back to the store for a higher rate than what I received but the hassle to get it back was not worth the effort. I won’t use them again.
