GBFantastic Customer Service Byte reps hold your hand through the entire process via real time text messaging on your phone and through emails. You can call them if you need to as well but I never had to as their response times surpassed expectations. This kind of service helps you to feel confident in the process and adds to an overall great experience!

GBIt’s been trying It’s been trying. We have received teeth whitening, the retainer cleanser and unit but still have not received my son’s aligners. Care credit will be contacted tomorrow. I’m giving 5 business days before we close our account and you can have your whitener, cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner back. I trusted that this would be legitimate. I don’t trust often. Refund required.

GBWow! 5 star service! Wow! The professionalism of Byte exceeds my expectations! The package arrived today and it is superb. Everything is neatly packed - the aligners come in a sliding box for storage, and I really appreciate the accessories such as the whitening foam and the HyperByte. It really feels very personable, like a VIP aligner treatment. You can tell this company really went above and beyond to bring value to its customers with 5 star service. I'm excited to go through the process and see the outcome.

GBHelpful customer service, pushy system generated emails. Every person who contacted me made this great so far. They are 5 star. My comment & rating is for the IT department or whoever sets the email system for the company. The system itself needs a patch on it to NOT email for reviews until the products actually arrive. I’ve been getting requests to review the products that aren’t even made yet!

GBStill Waiting on Additional Aligners My Byte aligners helped my alignment very much, but I am still unsatisfied with my final aligners. It is curious to me that between the time I completed the impressions kit and the arrival of my aligners was around 2 weeks (which is incredibly fast shipping). Yet, it is taking 2-4 weeks for my additional aligners to ship (which is apparently one set of aligners for both top and bottom - not many steps or anything). The process to communicate my need for additional aligners was also painstakingly tedious with a communication runaround.
