It’s been trying It’s been trying. We have received teeth whitening, the retainer cleanser and unit but still have not received my son’s aligners. Care credit will be contacted tomorrow. I’m giving 5 business days before we close our account and you can have your whitener, cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner back. I trusted that this would be legitimate. I don’t trust often. Refund required.

I just wish they would send the first… I just wish they would send the first aligned right away so we can get started while we wait for the others to be manufactured.

I’m on my way to a new smile 😃 I have not completed to full process but just starting out byte has been fun, informative, and helped with options. I’ve have been educated on the look of my transformed teeth, steps needed to get there. Communication is convenient and abundant. My trays are beautifully organized to help keep it tidy put together. I would and have recommended to others.

It was a good experience It was a good experience. The only issue I had was paying for it twice. My card was charged twice. It was credited twice as well until I finally had to call and give my payment over the phone. That side of their website seems a bit glitchy, but everything else was really easy and the instructions were fantastic. The impressions also were really easy so overall very happy. I have not started treatment so I can’t comment on that yet.

Still Waiting on Additional Aligners My Byte aligners helped my alignment very much, but I am still unsatisfied with my final aligners. It is curious to me that between the time I completed the impressions kit and the arrival of my aligners was around 2 weeks (which is incredibly fast shipping). Yet, it is taking 2-4 weeks for my additional aligners to ship (which is apparently one set of aligners for both top and bottom - not many steps or anything). The process to communicate my need for additional aligners was also painstakingly tedious with a communication runaround.
