I shipped the items back and they have now shipped the correct items to me and provided me with the tracking information. Great customer service A+

It takes way too long for items to… It takes way too long for items to ship. I find it ridiculous that I placed an order for domestic shipping within the US over 7 days ago and it’s still sitting at its origin waiting to be picked up. My last order was lost in the mail. I will be finding an alternative that better handles logistics of their orders…I have never had so many issues with one vendor.

We have been offering keratin… We have been offering keratin straightening at our salon for years and have tried countless products. The products from Nutreecosmetics have impressed us the most so far, and the first results are promising.

I had hopes for this product I had hopes fir this product. I followed the directions and applied ot to process for 30 minutes. Everything seem to be going well and it made my 4c hair more manageable. However, after rinsing out the product and blow drying my hair I noticed long strand of hair breaking off. I understand that hair naturally shed but this is more than my natural shedding. Applying moisturizering products to my hair but still seeing the long strands of breakage.
