Very disappointed I am very disappointed with your service, I made an order for three products and paid the full amount that was calculated at check out, after a few days of the order you sent me an invoice to pay $15 additional cost for shipping. This should have not accured as shipping cost already included when I made the order. Then you decided to give axception not to pay this time when after I decided to cancel my order and asked for refund. You need to be more honest with your customers and do let them Know that if they have to pay. more for shipping before placing an order.

I had hopes for this product I had hopes fir this product. I followed the directions and applied ot to process for 30 minutes. Everything seem to be going well and it made my 4c hair more manageable. However, after rinsing out the product and blow drying my hair I noticed long strand of hair breaking off. I understand that hair naturally shed but this is more than my natural shedding. Applying moisturizering products to my hair but still seeing the long strands of breakage.

I received the wrong items however when… I received the wrong items however when I called Nutree they were very helpful and quickly sent me the return label. I shipped the items back and they have now shipped the correct items to me and provided me with the tracking information. Great customer service A+
