Product didn’t work as advertised Product didn’t work as advertised, I followed instructions exactly as they were printed in the instruction book. I watched videos on other customers applying the product and tips that would be useful. This product was bought and used for my daughter but unfortunately did not do its intended purpose of smoothing her hair and reducing frizz. The fumes from the step 2 bottle are overpowering and hard to work with, be sure to be in a well ventilated area as my daughter and I were in our living room with a floor fan and ceiling fan on and both my daughter and I’s eyes were irritated by the fumes. I would not recommend this product as it did not work or show any difference in my daughters hair.

There were problems with my order! There were problems with my order. I received only 1 out of 6 items a few days after placing the order. In addition, there were some issues with payment. Despite the fact that I paid in full, I received an email about a partial refund, for which I had to repay in order for the order to 8proceed through the shipping process. I don't understand what went wrong, but I thought it was cut and dry, I placed the order, paid for it, and it gets shipped, but this was not the case. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order, and no official updates on what's going on. UPDATE: Despite the issues, my order arrived within the 7 days of placing the order. The products do work nicely on my hair

Very disappointed I am very disappointed with your service, I made an order for three products and paid the full amount that was calculated at check out, after a few days of the order you sent me an invoice to pay $15 additional cost for shipping. This should have not accured as shipping cost already included when I made the order. Then you decided to give axception not to pay this time when after I decided to cancel my order and asked for refund. You need to be more honest with your customers and do let them Know that if they have to pay. more for shipping before placing an order.

I love all of their products I use the… I love all of their products I use the Botox treatment. It’s amazing my hair will not be right without it. I also use the shampoos and conditioners. I love them all. I wish that they would sell them individually because sometimes I need more shampoo than I need conditioner.
