GBWe moved over to Jive 4 months ago We moved over to Jive 4 months ago. From and admin perspective the system is intuitive and their customer service team is great. They were the most cost effective option for our business and a definite upgrade from our former provider. The mobile app is nice and since we're a google shop the chrome extension is great. This would be a 5 star review however our phones did go down once, however Jive fixed the issue quick and our phones were back up in less than an hour.

GBTech support is out of this world! I had the pleasure of working with Robert B who was a senior tech there at Jive. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me all the capabilities and features of the JIve Communications platform. There are so many great features available and the interface is rather easy to navigate. They also follow up with your case until your problem is solved. I've used RingCentral and 8X8 and Jive seems to be the best out of them all. I think it is PC Magazine's editors choice for cloud PBX.

GBFROM AWFUL TO AWESOME! A little over a year ago we switched from an on premise IP phone system to Jive and have never looked back. The old system contently needed updated and complicated routing and programming issues and with Jive, everything is always up to date and adding a new extension or user is a breeze. Support (when we do need it) is amazing and our sales rep is always a call or email away. We tested other providers and they all wanted to nickel and dime you, but with Jive, it's one price for everything. Having most of our lines on our police/911 center is always a little nerving for the "what if's" but they have many fail overs in place for the just in case issues we have yet to use. We highly recommend JIVE and have zero regrets by switching.

GBJIVE FAX Problems Have no Live Tech Help! I cannot agree with the other 20,000 users. I tried to get help on FAXing because all of a sudden my capability to FAX was DOA after the acquisition but alas there are no people to help and the Help Pages are useless to resolve deep technical issues. So I am searching for another low cost phone and fax supplier.

GBNot an appropriate mode of… Not an appropriate mode of communication for a small business operating off the mobile app. Service was terrible, phone calls always cut out and/or dropped completely. The app is not user friendly. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the customer service was great. Everyone we worked with for customer service was always extremely kind and diligent. They always solved every problem they could, and explained things very well. We are just unhappy with the core functioning of the app, which is not something the customer service/training techs could fix.
