GBUNRELIABLE, LOTS OF DOWNTIME, POOR SUPPORT, HOURS WASTED I have been with Accu Web Hosting for just over a year. In that time, I have experienced multiple site-down issues. Their online support is SLOWWWW to respond, and it takes HOURS AND HOURS to get things fixed. When they do finally resolve a site down issue, there is NO explanation, and NO credit for the hassle! Also, there is NO phone number to call for support other than "Sales," who only pass the issue along to someone behind the scenes. Accu Web Hosting is supposed to be in Denver, but when "Sales" does come on the phone, it is invariably a foreigner (e.g., someone in India, or with a foreign accent). AVOID Accue Web Hosting, which is UNRELIABLE, sadly!

GBCrashed my website 3 times in 2022 They have caused my website to go down 3 times in 2022. All three times have been changes or failures on their side. EVERY time I sent a support ticket, their first response was that it wasn't anything they did. Only after I repeatedly stated what was going on and asked them to check closer, did they realize it was something on their end (nothing I could change) and fixed the problem. They have cost me several thousands of dollars in ecommerce website outages. As soon as I can migrate to a different hosting provider I will.
