Free hosting "Accu Web Hosting" I have been using free hosting for WordPress for several years now. Everything is fine. The free plan has limited technical support, but when I broke my account, support restored it. Unfortunately, due to the war in Ukraine, automatic SSL is no longer supported for me. But this does not depend on hosting.

Not a great experience to be honest Not a great experience to be honest, cancelled and requested refund within a few hours of signing up. 1. Sign up and let the website generate password. (Unfortunately chrome did not store password) 2. Verified phone number. 3. Need to verify email address (yet no email received to verify, not in junk or spam folder either). 4. Try to sign in to get email verification resent, don’t know password so request password reset. 5. Asks for answer to my secret word, this was 100% correct but kept advising incorrect. 6. Spoke to online chat whom advised I could reset this to then reset password by emailing support. 7. Reply from support telling me to provide government issued id to reset this. At this point all faith and trust in this company had gone, going through hell and fire and with so many problems this early, requested cancellation and moved into another company. Order placed and VPS running within the hour. Just as it should have been. Far to difficult then it needed to be. Can’t review service of product as never got that far.

Though there has been an occasional glitch, a trouble ticket is easy to send and every issue has been dealt with promptly. Recently our mail server refused to send to Gmail accounts. I contacted tech support which was able to add a bit of criteria to the mail program and now it is perfect.

I find all the included software tools/utilities for WordPress (i.e. CPanel, WordPress Management by Softaculous, etc) very helpful in managing and securing my site.
