(Unfortunately chrome did not store password) 2. Verified phone number. 3. Need to verify email address (yet no email received to verify, not in junk or spam folder either). 4. Try to sign in to get email verification resent, don’t know password so request password reset. 5. Asks for answer to my secret word, this was 100% correct but kept advising incorrect. 6. Spoke to online chat whom advised I could reset this to then reset password by emailing support. 7. Reply from support telling me to provide government issued id to reset this. At this point all faith and trust in this company had gone, going through hell and fire and with so many problems this early, requested cancellation and moved into another company. Order placed and VPS running within the hour. Just as it should have been. Far to difficult then it needed to be. Can’t review service of product as never got that far.

Their servers are on all the time and it feels like a fast, reliable service. The only drawback is their communication and review process which can be greatly improved! For example they could tell you about this requirement before you sign-up so that you can manage it proactively as part of your onboarding allocated time. Overall we are still deciding what to do in the future, and for now it runs great! :)

I’ve been using these good for several… I’ve been using these good for several years. Generally respond very quickly to any issues. Haven’t had security breaches, haven’t had web hosting speed issues, even though I’m using a shared hosting plan. At least for me as a small business I’ve been more than satisfied. They came recommended from my web developer. At the time, I also did a fair bit of research and they were best suited for hosting plans in close geographic proximity.
