closed services I've been their customer are few years, but recently, they closed business and withouts some help.

Good and near good Service is very good. Respond is very fast. But, too many reload / re-install OS after request answered is not expected. And last, please make it at lowest price among the others services.

Great Colocation services Great Colocation services. Was with them in LA for a few months and went very smooth. Had to move out and it was very easy and inexpensive.

Very bad customer care service Very bad customer care service, they are sometimes dishonest when there is a issue, which they are not sure about. Only plus is that there service is cheap.

Reliable services for affordable prices Reliable services, with fast and friendly support. I have two VPS from them (from NY Metro and Los Angeles locations) and both have great uptime and connectivity. I use their service more than a year without major issues. Their technical support (Staff) are fast. Sometimes they have some really good promotions (Black Friday, Holidays, etc). I can recommend them.
