I have been a dedipath VPS customer… I have been a dedipath VPS customer since 2018, their service is very powerful, so far I very rarely send help tickets because their service so far is good. Hope dedipath can maintain their service or much better than now.

I have two VPS from them (from NY Metro and Los Angeles locations) and both have great uptime and connectivity. I use their service more than a year without major issues. Their technical support (Staff) are fast. Sometimes they have some really good promotions (Black Friday, Holidays, etc). I can recommend them.

Beware of Dedipath VPS if You Need Latest Linux Kernel I tried it out and had a big issue with their service. The problem is that they only support older versions of the Linux kernel, which is not good for keeping your system maintained. They really need to update their system regularly, but they don't seem to be doing that. It's not a good thing, and honestly, I don't think I'll continue using their service because of this issue. If you need the latest Linux kernel for your project, you might want to look elsewhere. I mean, it's not the worst VPS provider out there, but this is a pretty big deal if you're running a complex system that requires the latest kernel. Just wanted to give you a heads-up in case you were considering Dedipath VPS for your hosting needs.
