GBLos Angeles Colocation I've been a colocation client in their Los Angeles facility since July. Their support is wonderful, though it doesn't have the fastest response time on record - I still find it as acceptable; Ernie is great to work with; and we have never had downtime caused by the data center. Our hardware though... đŸ˜†

CAWhat's there not to like What's there not to like? Excellent customer service when needed, fast VPS, it's a win-win for me. The few times that I have had to ask for help they were quick to respond, even switching me to a different server altogether when it was needed. I'll continue to be a customer of DediPath in the future.

GBExcellent Value! I have been using DediPath to host a PBX for over a year. Throughout this time, I have faced short downtimes 2 or 3 times; and if I remember correctly, they were all outside of our business hours. DediPath was quick to get things back up and running. I'd like to see better communication from them on maintenance and outages, along with better phone support implemented. For the price, it is excellent service.

GBGood and near good Service is very good. Respond is very fast. But, too many reload / re-install OS after request answered is not expected. And last, please make it at lowest price among the others services.
