TERRIBLE service TERRIBLE service. Slow support replies, over 48 hours provisioning time, stupid staff replies. Huge waste of time dealing with incompetent hosting provider such as dedipath, get hosting from any other provider

Excellent Value! I have been using DediPath to host a PBX for over a year. Throughout this time, I have faced short downtimes 2 or 3 times; and if I remember correctly, they were all outside of our business hours. DediPath was quick to get things back up and running. I'd like to see better communication from them on maintenance and outages, along with better phone support implemented. For the price, it is excellent service.
