What is going on with this company. Just unbelievable. Placed an order April 7th, credit card was charged April 8. At that time, website listed 3-5 business days processing time (it still does) before order ships. I received an order confirmation on April 7th, then literally nothing. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them, which I did today, April 24th—SIXTEEN DAYS after they charged my card—, and spend an hour of my time dealing with this. There was no apology (until I called that out). Literally nothing has happened with my order so far, it hasn’t even been processed. The person I chatted to also claimed their processing time is 7-14 business days—again, the website said 3-5 business days at the time I ordered and it says the same today. I love their products, but will never order from them again. They are absolutely violating the FTC’s Merchandise Rule, if not Visa Rule 7.6 1.2 as well. Who knows if I’ll ever get my order.

Horrible company Ordered on February 4th. Website states it will take next day processing 5-7 days shipping. After 6 weeks, I've sent 5 emails, reached out on their social media. No responses. Currently disputing with my bank. Horrible company. I believe they simply steal the money and never ship the products.

Don't purchase from this store! Place my order a month ago and never got shipment information. They denied a refund. This store is a scam. Will report and dispute with my bank.

Thieves and Liars I have ordered from them a few years ago with no issues but it’s clear their business practices have gone downhill. I placed an order in January and still have yet to receive. They have not responded to my emails or social media messages and I now appear to be blocked. They have disabled account access on their website and are deleting negative comments on posts. I spent over $100 with nothing to show for it, this is theft, plain and simple.
