Great innovation to our preschool ! Our school has been using BW basic account for the past two years for check in and check out only. Recently we have upgraded to the premium account less than a month and we are loving it ! All the parents are super happy with real time update and the teachers receive smooth effective communication with parents fast without any delay ! It greatly reduce the management/office administrative work load! highly recommend!

I really enjoy using brightwheel I really enjoy using brightwheel. It is easy to figure out. If any questions or concerns arise, their support team is excellent at guiding you through any issues and answering any questions. There are some improvements I would like to see with the website, but they are minimal and won’t stop our center from using it. There are improvements happening all the time and the support you receive from the time you sign up is phenomenal.

Brightwheel- ups and downs Brightwheel has many great features that are “parent facing” such as real time communication, activity updates and photos. However, on the office/billing side, their platform is underwhelming. There are minimal reports available, especially in deposits/invoices. When searching for a child or parent, you start typing in the name, then click on the child you want in the drop down, then click “apply” then click on the specific child again- its tedious and redundant. I’m looking forward to the promised new billing platform hopefully it’ll work out some kinks.

Brightwheel is great Brightwheel is great! Our parents absolutely love the connection they feel to their child when they are gone by getting notes on the play by play of the day. Messaging, photos, and even billing are so easy. We love that it streamlines communication for us through its messaging feature. And it's sleek and easy to use. We definitely recommend it!
