It has been a challenge navigating the… It has been a challenge navigating the billing portion. Some of my parents have not been able to sign up. Making edits/ corrections doesn't work for parent info. I would like to choose what my assistant Director sees/ has access to when I give admin privleges. But I do like the layout so I gave 3 stars.

My staff and parents both love the user… My staff and parents both love the user friendly apps & our communication between everyone is much improved. As owner/director it's reports make my job much easier. Do wish they would add a shareable menu feature!

The Greenwood Preschool love Bright Wheel As a parent and preschool owner, I highly recommend BW to any child care facility ! It grealt improve the parent teacher communication , either for the younger group of children ( infant/ Young Toddler ) or older classes in terms of academic activities. The app itself is simple and straight forward . Our school did a soft launch for 2 weeks and 90% teachers have no problem using it on daily basis.

Great IF you dont plan to use the… Great IF you dont plan to use the billing option App is fairly easy for parent contact- which is great to keep teacher personal information safe- and check in is fairly straightforward BUT the billing side- forget it! if you need help- they only answer via email- and it takes at least 1-2 days to hear back- then it's a copy/paste response from one of their "help articles" - they have no direct contact with their customers- and if a billing issue comes up- you are SOL in getting it sorted- talk about some angry parents
