GBIt has been a challenge navigating the… It has been a challenge navigating the billing portion. Some of my parents have not been able to sign up. Making edits/ corrections doesn't work for parent info. I would like to choose what my assistant Director sees/ has access to when I give admin privleges. But I do like the layout so I gave 3 stars.

GBOne educator's review on Brightwheel As an educator, this software is time consuming and very clunky. In order to create one row of a lesson plan it takes no less than 16 clicks - for one row! Keep in mind that one row includes ONLY Circle Time for the week. As an educator/administrator: think how many plans/activities a teacher creates for one day in an ELC. Also, it does not offer an integrated Assessment tool - a definite step backwards from our former program.

GBIt has definitely done a lot to update… It has definitely done a lot to update our check in system and payments. The parents are liking it alot with the updates but still trying to work out the kinks between working between the two locations. Communication is a little slow when needed questions answered.

GBMy staff and parents both love the user… My staff and parents both love the user friendly apps & our communication between everyone is much improved. As owner/director it's reports make my job much easier. Do wish they would add a shareable menu feature!

GBConfident I am more and more comfortable with Brightwheel. I am a premium client and have been for 6 months. My difference between giving 3 stars instead of 4 is while, you can email questions/ask for help, sometimes you need to speak live to BW. I do wish that reaching out live was more available. Yesterday, I had my first call and after 20 minutes I had many issues answered and I felt so much more confident in using BW...and since I feel more confident it will benefit my business tremendously!
