Extremely bad user experience A year ago Bitwarden rolled out an update that made their desktop client unusable on Windows 7 machines. While one may argue this is a rather old setup, to instantaneously, without a warning, deny users access to their password is a poor business practice. A solution was shortly found - to use an older version of Bitwarden Portable. It worked fine for over a year, until today I discovered that their firewall blacklisted my IP address thus locking me out. This is just outrageous and undermines trust in the product. Paying customers must not be treated like that. I don't even know what to add here.

2Factor auth feature is nice support is reasonably fast the 2 factor being builtin is really amazing. I had some issues setting up password sharing and in my opinion it is still a little difficult if you are first time user but support got my sharing issue resolved in the matter of minutes. I really love their unique approach to 2factor auth management. That's what made me switch from lastpass

Best Password Manager I have tried several password managers including LastPass and I can tell from my experience that Bitwarden is the best password manager. It's an open source, it has never been breached, both desktop/browser and android apps work great (didn't encounter any bugs), UI is very nice and user friendly (even gives you option for dark and other themes). Bitwarden also has a lot of options and customization and most important thing - it's free. They also offer us premium membership, but free version already includes all the necessary things for the average user. I can't think of any negative things about Bitwarden. Hands down it is the best password manager.

Extremely bad user experience after… Extremely bad user experience after newest update requiring previously unassigned items to be assigned. It looks like bitwarden is majorly pushing towards becoming an enterprise application and wishes to move away from serving consumers.

Excellent password manager...which is free too... This one is great password manager. It is free technically as most features work without a subscription. App UI and addon UI are great. Need much more improvements like placing an icon on the username and password space for easy access instead of clicking and selecting on the addon.
